Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@celyta.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
